Raat ki tanhae may
Shor tha tu barish ka
Toot kay kahen barsaa
Kon thii jo aaye thi
Khowab koye laye thi
Tooty ghar kay aangan may
Aak udase chaye thi
Pochte thi kon hay woo
Kion yahan par aaye thi
Ujree maang woo bheti
Haath may toote chori
Aur rang tha mehndi ka
Ajj phir say bikhre thi
Khowab shayed toota tha
Aankh say bhte nadya
Shor tha too barish Ka
Toot kay kahein barsaa.
